From skeptic to devotee, my yoga journey has been a true testament to the power of this beautiful practice. For years, I was struggling with my mental health, battling physical pain from scoliosis, feeling a profound sense of disconnectedness from myself and the world around me. Yoga became my lifeline, offering a path towards healing and self-discovery.

After Moon Yoga was founded on the  understanding that life can be demanding, often leaving us feeling overwhelmed, isolated and distressed. We strongly believe that self-care is not a luxury, but a necessity, especially for those navigating the fast-paced world of modern work culture. Through the teachings of yoga, we offer tools and techniques to help you manage stress, cultivate mindfulness, and restore balance in your life.
